Do AI agent bookings count against my plan limits?
No. AI agent bookings (from Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and OpenAI-compatible platforms) are treated as regular sessions and use your plan's standard transaction fee — there is no separate per-agent quota or surcharge. AI bookings are included on Pro and Enterprise plans; Starter lots are discoverable but bookings route through your hosted QR page.

Park Graph pricing is built around a single idea: you should only pay when you collect money. Every plan starts free, runs on the same QR-and-dashboard foundation, and scales by lowering your transaction fee as you grow. There is no hardware to buy, no installation appointment, and no multi-year contract to sign. If a plan ever stops earning its keep, you can downgrade to the free Starter tier and keep operating without losing a single lot or session record.
The Starter plan is free forever and carries the highest per-transaction fee. It is the right place to validate a lot, test demand, or run a seasonal location without committing to a subscription. The Pro plan adds a monthly subscription in exchange for a lower transaction fee plus AI text support, AI agent bookings, automated reporting, and branded QR codes — the features most operators use to push revenue per space higher. The Enterprise plan delivers the lowest transaction fee, white-label branding, single sign-on, priority support, and contractual SLAs for portfolios that need them.
How the transaction fee actually works
Every payment runs through Stripe Connect using destination charges. When a driver pays, Park Graph automatically splits the transaction: your platform fee goes to the Park Graph account and the remainder lands in your own Stripe Express account. On the Pro plan a $24.00 session sends $1.20 to the platform and $22.80 to you; on Enterprise the same session keeps $23.21 in your pocket. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on top, exactly as they would with any payment provider, and they are shown line-by-line in your dashboard so there are never any surprises on your statement.
Payouts are deposited to your linked bank account within two business days. Because Park Graph never touches or stores card data, you inherit Stripe's PCI Level 1 compliance, fraud detection, and dispute tooling without doing any of the integration work yourself. There are no monthly minimums on the transaction fee — if a lot is quiet for a month, you simply pay nothing on the transactions that did not happen.
