Help Center

Find answers to common questions about Park Graph.

Account & Billing

How do I create an account?

Click "Get started free" on any page. Sign up with your email or Google account. No credit card required for the Starter plan.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard Settings page. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do payouts work?

Payouts flow through Stripe Connect. After Park Graph's platform fee is deducted, funds are deposited to your linked bank account within 2 business days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with no penalty. Your lots continue to function on the free Starter plan with its transaction fee structure.

QR Codes & Payments

What if a QR code is damaged?

Print a new one from your dashboard. The QR code URL never changes, so the replacement works immediately.

What payment methods do drivers use?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What happens if a driver overstays?

Drivers receive a notification 15 minutes before their session expires. They can extend from their phone. If they do not extend, the session ends and the authorized amount is captured.

Can I refund a transaction?

Yes. Process refunds from the Sessions page in your dashboard. Refunds are processed through Stripe and appear on the driver's statement within 5-10 business days.

Lots & Pricing

How many lots can I have?

Starter: up to 3 lots. Pro and Enterprise: unlimited lots.

Can I set different rates for different times?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. Configure peak hour multipliers, weekend rates, and event surge pricing through your dashboard.

What is dynamic pricing?

Dynamic pricing automatically adjusts your rates based on occupancy, time of day, day of week, and nearby events. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Can I pause a lot?

Yes. Pausing a lot stops accepting new sessions while keeping historical data. Resume at any time.

AI & Integrations

How do AI agents find my lot?

Park Graph integrates with Claude (MCP), ChatGPT (Actions), Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. When someone asks an AI for parking, your lot appears if it matches the search criteria.

Do I need to set up each AI integration?

No. Once your lot is active and listed, it is automatically available to all supported AI platforms. No configuration required.

Which AI models are supported?

We test against the latest stable models from each provider — Claude Sonnet/Haiku 4.5, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Grok 4, Perplexity Sonar Pro, and OpenAI-compatible providers like OpenRouter, Together AI, and Groq. Our /developers pages list the recommended model and SDK version per platform and are kept current with each refresh.

How do you keep AI integrations current as providers ship new models?

Model IDs, OpenAPI spec versions, and SDK package versions are managed in a single source-of-truth file (agents/models.ts). When a provider releases a new default model, our docs, code samples, and adapter clients update together. Each developer page shows the current recommended model and last-updated date.

How does Park Graph handle SOC 2 and PCI?

Park Graph is built to align with SOC 2 Common Criteria controls; we are not yet able to share a current SOC 2 attestation report. All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider), so card data never touches Park Graph servers. Webhooks are HMAC-SHA256 signed, all API traffic is TLS 1.2+, and SSO/SAML and audit logs are available on Enterprise.

Can I use the API?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. Generate API keys from your dashboard with configurable scopes and rate limits.

Topics the Help Center covers

Park Graph is a hardware-free parking platform — a single QR code, a dynamic pricing engine, an operator dashboard, and a public API that makes your lots discoverable to AI agents. Because that spans payments, pricing, and integrations, our support content is grouped into four areas so you can find the right answer quickly: account and billing, QR codes and payments, lots and pricing, and AI and integrations. Use the search box above to jump straight to a question, or browse the categories below for an overview of what each area covers.

Most support questions map to a section of the operator dashboard — billing, lots, pricing, and sessions.

Account & billing

Covers creating an account, switching between Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, how payouts settle through Stripe Connect, and how to cancel without penalty. The Starter plan needs no credit card to begin, and upgrades are prorated while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

QR codes & payments

Explains what happens when a QR code is damaged (reprint it — the URL never changes), which payment methods drivers can use including Apple Pay and Google Pay, how session extensions and overstays are handled, and how to process refunds directly from the Sessions page. Card data is handled by Stripe, so it never touches Park Graph servers.

Lots & pricing

Answers how many lots each plan supports, how to set time-of-day, weekend, and event-surge rates, what dynamic pricing does, and how to pause a lot while keeping its history. Dynamic pricing automatically adjusts rates based on occupancy, time, day, and nearby events on Pro and Enterprise plans.

AI & integrations

Describes how AI assistants discover your lots, why no per-agent setup is required once a lot is active, which models are supported, and how to use API keys and webhooks for custom integrations. Once your lot is listed, it is automatically reachable across supported AI platforms through our public API, MCP server, and ChatGPT Actions.
